I married
Charles Creed Crowder in 1963. Creed and I have two sons, Chuck
and Michael, and three granddaughters. All live in
Chattanooga.
When Michael began school in 1973, I started working in City
Schools. I did substitute teaching until 1984. Afterwards, I
Worked as a realtor with Coldwell Banker and Better Homes and Gardens
until 1999. I then retired to play and have a great time. I
like to play golf, garden, do granddaughter things and travel.
Creed retired from TVA in 1995. Since then, he has worked as a
Meeting Planner for TVPPA, a trade group that represents power
distributors who purchase power from TVA. Creed has seven
conferences a year within the Tennessee Valley to plan and implement.
I serve as person who tries to keep up with our class members and does
mailing for each reunion. I encourage each classmate to try to
make the next one. The reunions are relaxed, informal and lots of
fun.
My health is good and my sense of humor still in tact.
